Service Description

skejl.me provides AI-powered booking automation services including:

AI chatbot for natural language booking

Multi-channel integration (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)

Calendar synchronization and management

Automated confirmations and reminders

User Accounts

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Subscription and Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds: We offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase
Usage Limits: Each plan has booking and token limits; exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service suspension

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in fraudulent activities or impersonation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Use the service for illegal bookings or prohibited services
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Intellectual Property

The skejl.me platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by skejl.me and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.

Data Usage and AI Processing

Our AI chatbot uses OpenAI's GPT-4 to process booking requests. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

Customer conversations are processed by AI to understand booking intent
We implement data anonymization and security measures
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your customers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

skejl.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
You are responsible for verifying all bookings and customer interactions

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
You may export your data within 30 days of termination
No refunds will be provided for violations of these terms
We will delete your data according to our retention policy

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
